Managed Services Providers (MSP)

The SIPfoundry sipXecs solution enables Managed Service Providers (MSP) to extend their service offerings.  Designed as a modern IT application from the ground up, sipXecs offers an attractive opportunity to MSPs to provide Communications as a Service (CaaS) to end customers.  While for small customers in the SMB segment MSPs typically require a multi-tenant system, CaaS deployments for mid-size to large enterprise require the full flexibility of a dedicated solution. Using modern data center technologies, sipXecs allows cost effective deployment of such a solution, including back-end monitoring and reporting integration.

Three key reasons why sipXecs is the better offering:

  1. Offers all the features, scale and resiliency required by larger organizations
  2. Can be cost effectively deployed in the data center
  3. Ease of use guarantees low cost operations in a hosted environment

The profile of an MSP best suited to offer sipXecs as a hosted solution with a managed services offering are mid-size to larger VARs or service providers with experience with VoIP and an installed base of customers in the target segment. Internet Telephony Service Providers (ITSP)

Testing SIP trunking services is an on-going process and we are interested in working with ITSPs to get sipXecs certified.  We cannot do all the work ourselves, but if you are interested to work with us we can advertise the fact that a particular service is compatible with sipXecs.  We are also interested in co-marketing arrangements. 

Equipment Vendors

If you would like to get your phone, gateway, other other equipment integrated with the sipXecs solution, plug n' play managed, or tested and certified, contact us.  We cannot promise that we will build the necessary plugin or do all the testing, but we do commit to assistance and we are eager to work with you to get your equipment supported.  For tested and certified equipment we can help you advertise compatibility with sipXecs on our Web site and we can grant you the right to use our marks and logo.

Value Added Resellers (VAR)

If you would like to do customer installations based on sipXecs and need training, customer references, configuration help, or support contact eZuce.  SIPfoundry can only provide community support and we do not offer commercial grade level 3 support, software maintenance, or other things typically required by customers.

Open Source Communities

We already cooperate with the Openfire, FreeSWITCH and openACD communities and we are very interested to work with other communities active in this area.  Let us know !
