"MRRM is mid-sized company where primary business is food production (the only rice mill in Canada) and shipping agency (taking care of vessels sailing St. Lawrence Seaway). Company has two locations in Montreal Quebec and Windsor Ontario where each location has around 50 users. Half year ago we decided to replace our outdated proprietary Mitel platform and we introduced sipXecs. We were (and still are) amazed how easy it was to set up system(s), including servers, users, phones, dial plans, site to site dialing, and gateways. Our previous experience with VoIP was minimal (just playing with home Asterisk installations), but using sipXecs book and excellent wiki pages at SIPfoundry we, I dare say, mastered sipXecs administration. We even managed to set up bi-lingual IVR and Auto Attendants (which is must in Montreal). Everyone in company from the top management to the ordinary users is extremely happy with new solution. The reason I am writing to you is to thank you all at eZuce for this incredible product. As well I was very happy to attend your Webinar and learn more about sipXecs and future development plans. Once more thank you very much and best regards."

Dragan Jurkovic, MIS Manager, MRRM (Canada) Inc.
